Before you apply: amounts, income limits and dates differ by scheme and sometimes by state. Open the official link on each card and confirm the details there. We do not accept applications on this website.

Domicile

Scholarships by State

Most state schemes need a domicile certificate. Start with your own state, then check All India schemes.

Scheme counts show what is listed on this site today. We are adding state pages continuously, so a state with no listing may still have active schemes on its own portal.

Scholarships by Education Level

Pick the class or course you are in right now. Pre-Matric covers school levels; Post-Matric covers Class 11 and above.

How to Find the Right Scholarship

Four steps. Most students finish the first two in about ten minutes.

Choose your education level

School, ITI, diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate or PhD. Pre-Matric means Class 1–10. Post-Matric means Class 11 and above.

Check eligibility carefully

Read the income limit, category, minimum marks, domicile state and course rules. Get an income certificate early — it is the document that delays most applications.

Check the real deadline

Do not trust old articles. Look at the current notification. Note the student deadline and the institute verification deadline, which is usually later.

Apply on the official portal

Use the official link, not a third-party form. Keep your Aadhaar-seeded bank account active so the amount reaches you by DBT.

How We Verify Scholarship Information

  1. Identify the provider. The ministry, department, university, foundation or trust that actually runs and funds the scheme.
  2. Find the official source. The current notification, scheme guidelines or the provider’s own application portal.
  3. Compare the details. Eligibility, income limit, award amount and course coverage against that source.
  4. Check the dates. Application window, student deadline and institute or state verification deadline.
  5. Link to the official portal. Students apply with the provider, not with us.
  6. Re-check and update. Pages are revised when official details change, and closed schemes are marked as closed.

Important Scholarship deadlines, eligibility rules and application procedures can change, sometimes without a fresh public notice. Always confirm the latest information on the official portal before you apply or pay anyone a fee.
